Warranty Policy

Coverage

SunRay warrants products free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from purchase (max 30 months from manufacture). We will repair or replace defective products at no cost.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in pump motor
• Material and workmanship defects
• Controller and electronics under normal use

What's Not Covered

• Improper installation or misuse
• Acts of God (lightning, floods)
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized disassembly (voids warranty)
• Operating without SunRay controller

Registration

Register with your pump and controller serial numbers plus proof of purchase. A SunRay controller must be installed to validate warranty.

Solar Panels

Panels carry their own manufacturer warranty (typically 25 years power output, 10-12 years materials).
